Quick delivery, good mat

Ordered a basic yoga mat. It shipped fast, got it in about 5 days. Quality is good for the price. Happy with the purchase.

Good bike, long wait

I ordered a Trekking E-Bike from Fitstore24 a few weeks ago. The bike itself is solid, feels well-built and performs as expected on my commutes. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I wanted, and checkout was smooth. Delivery, however, took longer than I anticipated, about 10 days to reach me in California. I also had a small question about the assembly which took their customer service a couple of days to get back to me on. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but the delivery time could be improved for US customers.

Good bike, long wait

I bought a Bergamont E-Horizon Sport Wave E-Bike from fitstore24. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, no real issues there. Shipping took about 12 days to get to my place in California, which felt a bit long, but it did come from Austria so I expected some delay. The bike arrived well-packaged, and assembly was not too bad, just the usual handlebar and pedal stuff. The quality of the bike seems solid, exactly as described on the website. I had a question about the charger a few days after it arrived, and I used their customer support chat. They got back to me within a few hours and were helpful. Overall, a good experience with the product, just factor in the longer delivery time.

Detailed review of E-Mountainbike purchase

I purchased an E-Mountainbike from Fitstore24 recently. The ordering process online was straightforward, with clear product descriptions and good photos. I particularly liked the detailed specifications provided, which helped me compare models. Shipping to New York took about two weeks, which is a bit on the longer side, but the bike arrived well-packaged and without any damage. Assembly was manageable with the included instructions, though a few steps could have been clearer. I did have to contact support about a missing tool, and they responded within 48 hours to resolve it. The bike itself performs great on trails, feels robust, and the battery life is as advertised. My only minor gripe is the tracking updates were a bit sparse once it left Europe.

Decent price for a treadmill

I was looking for a new treadmill and compared a few sites. Fitstore24 had a Horizon Fitness T202 Treadmill on sale that caught my eye. The price was competitive, especially after I signed up for their newsletter for that small discount. It wasn't a huge saving, but every bit helps when buying equipment like this. Shipping wasn't free for the treadmill size, but the overall cost was still better than local stores. It felt like I got a good deal, considering the brand and features. The machine works well, no complaints there.

Road bike order and delivery

I ordered a Rennrad a few weeks ago. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was straightforward. Confirmation email came right away. It took 6 days to deliver to my home in Texas, which was within their estimated window. The bike arrived well-packaged, and assembly was manageable with the included instructions. Customer support was helpful when I called about tracking, very polite. Quality of the bike seems solid for the price paid, no complaints there. I'd say it's a reliable place to buy from.

Good deal on a treadmill

I was looking for a new treadmill and found a pretty good sale here. Got a decent model for less than I expected, which was great. Delivery was free too, which always helps. Felt like I got good value for my money overall.

Quick, easy order

Bought a set of Kurzhanteln. Website was simple to use. Shipping was fast enough. Product arrived in good condition. No issues really, just took a day longer than I thought it would.
